You will be working with our partner organization in Antigua. With the largest population in Central America, volunteers are desperately needed in Guatemala. The number of people under poverty levels at an overwhelming 75% of the population and the majority of that population are children who live on the streets.

Our partners in Antigua have dedicated their lives to changing the outlook for these desperate children. They visit individual families and children's living conditions to assess what kind of help they can give them. They believe in not only helping the poor through their daily struggles, but in providing them with resources for a more hopeful future. They have provided education, meals, mentorship, shelter and employment training to over 1000 children, women and families that are part of this program.

Volunteers with our Teach English Program will have the opportunity to work with this wonderful organization. As a volunteer, you will help existing teachers teach English, as well as help create new English programs for new classes. Your work as a volunteer will directly affect the daily lives of children and families in need, as well as prepare them for a brighter future.
